We operate as a private company governed by a five‑member Board of Directors—experienced professionals who provide policy direction, strategic oversight, and strong corporate governance. Senior Management implements the Board’s plans and policies day‑to‑day, supported by a multidisciplinary team across Accounting, Banking, Finance, Law, Marketing, ICT, and Economics.
